Use the comments or feedback area on the relevant app, game, or category page. Please keep one report per file so it can be matched to the correct version and source.
Choose the right category
- Corrections: wrong version, outdated description, broken download link, missing update time, incorrect permissions summary, or Vietnamese label errors.
- Source and update reports: information about developer publication status, open-source links, authorized distribution, or missing update details.
- Copyright and takedown requests: developers, publishers, and authorized representatives should provide the file URL, their relationship to the work, and a clear rights statement.
- Policy and security concerns: suspected cracked, modded, paid-feature-bypass, gambling, adult, malware, phishing, or other harmful files.
- General feedback: navigation, category wording, installation guide clarity, and content gaps.
Response times and priority
Correction and copyright reports are usually reviewed within 2 to 5 working days. Copyright notices are handled with priority because they may affect legal rights. Policy and security concerns are usually reviewed within 5 to 10 working days. General feedback is checked during scheduled content updates and may not receive a direct reply.
A complete report is more useful than a short message. Include the page URL, file name, version number, and the exact issue. English is primary; Vietnamese is accepted for titles, labels, and short descriptions when relevant.
What we can and cannot handle
We can verify published details, update version notes, correct labels, remove files that are not legally available, and respond to clear requests. We cannot guarantee download success, installation on every device, absolute security, ranking, revenue, or private technical support.
